About Us
Team OC Home Inspections has over 50 years combined experience in the real estate, home improvement and home inspection business! Oscar Cottrell, a certified member of ASHI, founded OC Home Care LLC with his wife Dianne in 2001. Oscar’s extensive background includes many years as a licensed HVAC Journeyman, certified Stationary Engineer and Home Inspector. Dianne has years of experience in the real estate industry, and is a licensed real estate agent for Long and Foster. Chris Kelleher, an associate member of ASHI has many years experience in home improvement and real estate industry with a strong background in business development, corporate training and home inspection. In 2007, Chris Kelleher partnered with Oscar and Dianne, making OC Home Inspections the great team it is today! All inspections will be completed by either Oscar Cottrell or Chris Kelleher.
For Your Convenience...
We schedule inspection appointments in a manner to ensure that your property receives the time and attention it deserves. We prefer to perform the inspection during daylight hours in order to see your property clearly from footers to roofline. However, we are more than happy to accommodate your availability, and can perform inspections in the evenings and weekends as well.
