Team OC Home Inspections has over 50 years of combined experience in the real estate, home improvement and home inspection business! Oscar Cottrell, a certified member of ASHI, founded OC Home Care LLC in 2001.

Oscar´s extensive background includes over 30 years as a licensed HVAC Journeyman, and certified Stationary Engineer. Oscar became a certified Home Inspector in 2001 after completing the rigorous ASHI training as well as completing and passing the ASHI Standards Exam and the ASHI Code of Ethics Exam.

Chris Kelleher, an associate member of ASHI has many years experience in home improvement and real estate industry with a strong background in business development, corporate training and home inspection. In 2007, Chris Kelleher joined the OC Home Inspection team after completing a multi week on campus training.

In 2010 Scott Cottrell, Oscar´s son, joined the OC Home Inspection team as an associate member of ASHI. He has completed a multi week on campus training, passed the National Home Inspectors exam, ASHI Standards exam, and the ASHI Code of Ethics exam making OC Home Inspections the great team it is today!

All home inspections will be completed by Oscar Cottrell, Chris Kelleher or Scott Cottrell.
